maka Agency was founded in 2019 by Markus Zweng and Ergün Kayis, who studied together and share a deep passion for design, development, and digital innovation. After many years of working as freelancers for marketing agencies and companies across various industries, they decided to combine their strengths and create the POWER HubSpot theme — a design-driven, feature-rich website solution that empowers businesses to build visually compelling and high-performing websites.

Ergün Kayis Cofounder, Web DesignerErgün is the creative lead behind the visual design and user experience of our products. He conceptualizes layouts, UI components, and design systems for our HubSpot themes, making sure they are both visually appealing and easy to use. With a strong sense for structure and aesthetics, he translates brand identities into clean, responsive, and modular website designs that help businesses stand out and communicate effectively online.

Markus Zweng Cofounder, Full-Stack Developer

Markus is the technical lead behind the development of our HubSpot themes and custom solutions. He designs and implements the backend and frontend architecture of our products, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and easy to maintain. With a strong focus on performance and clean code, he transforms complex requirements into reliable systems that support long-term growth and flexibility for our clients.

Michael Rossow Full-Stack DeveloperMichael works across both front-end and back-end, solving complex technical challenges and bringing advanced functionality to our themes and custom projects. He has deep knowledge of our themes and continuously brings smart, creative ideas to optimize them technically. His expertise and thinking consistently add significant value, ensuring our products remain efficient and robust.
