How can I use the 2 Hours towards customization, setup, or optimization included with my POWER Pro purchase?
Send an email to our Support team or submit a ticket within the first 3 months after purchase and we'll be happy to get the 2 hours scheduled
Once we receive your request, we will review what is possible within the 2 hours time.
If your request exceeds the 2 hours time, we will provide an estimate to complete the work that you will need to approve before we start. We will also provide an option to limit the work to use only the 2 hours whenever possible.
Here are some ideas for how the 2 hours can be used (estimate may exceed 2 hours):
- Configuring the theme to match your brand style guide
- Configuring the header and/or footer
- Creating an Advanced Mega Menu
- Customizing an existing theme module
- Creating a global module for an existing theme module
- Creating a custom template
- Consultation via Zoom (training or hands-on help)
- Pre-launch site review
- Post-launch SEO review (please request ahead of time if you anticipate launching more than 3 months after purchase)
While we do our best to complete your request as soon as possible, any request requiring custom development exceeding the 2 hours has to be added to our development schedule which is typically booked 1-1.5 months out.
