How do I create an anchor link in HubSpot?

In the toolbar, click Insert, then Anchor, and add your anchor link name

An anchor link can be added via the rich text editor toolbar by clicking Insert and then selecting Anchor from the list:

Once created, you will have a unique URL to that location on the page that can be used externally, on other pages, and even on the same page.
