Why are the settings blank in the previous next module on my blog posts?

The previous next navigation is automatically configured in the background by the theme code for your blog

You won't see the settings in the module, everything will work as expected once your pages are published.

Refer to our Blog Post Documentation for more details.

If you're using the Previous Next Navigation module for non-blog pages, you can configure the links manually in the settings.
